About Usambara Mountain

Nestled in the lush northeastern highlands of Tanzania, the Usambara Mountains rise to elevations of around 1,500 to 2,300 meters (4,900 to 7,500 feet) above sea level, offering cool and refreshing weather throughout the year. Often referred to as the “Galápagos of Africa” for their unique biodiversity, these mountains are carpeted with tropical forests, tea plantations, and charming villages.
