About Arusha National Park

Arusha National Park offers a unique blend of landscapes and wildlife, set against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Meru – Tanzania’s second-highest mountain. The Momela Lakes, a string of alkaline lakes within the park, come alive with flocks of flamingos, pelicans, and a rich variety of waterbirds. Beyond the lakes, the dense mountain forest shelters colobus monkeys, bushbuck, and a diverse array of birdlife.
